Welcome to the BodyWOD. The purpose of this website is to help bring together a series of workouts designed to help you work your entire body each and every time you go through them. We have spent six years developing routines and exercises we believe provide the fastest route to burning fat and building muscle.

There are no gimmicks, no tricks...just the workouts and you

Pick a series (we suggest Boot Camp Series 1) and scroll through the SIX WEEKS of body weight workout routines we have hand picked for this program! We think you will agree they are challenging for the pros and, most importantly, scale-able for the beginners!

Never look at one of our workouts and say "I can't do this!" Everything in intentionally challenging and if you can't do a given exercise, look for ways to scale down to something you can do.

The key to success in our program IS looking forward to that challenge, overcoming it and moving on to the next one.
