Body Weight Workouts - Series 1, Week 6, Day 2


WORK:
2 Rounds of
Max Reps, Toes to Bar (before losing grip)
Rest 60 seconds;

Then:
Bottom to Bottom - Tabata Squats, 4 rounds (2 minutes)

INTENSITY:
Five rounds for time of:
Sandbag Overhead Walking Lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees

Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

RESET:
800m Jog
100 Sit-Ups

  2. It is a shame that there have been no more updates. i was really enjoying this blog, really helped me in my travels. if you do ever have the time, i erge you not to stop. this stuff is very much appreciated, but I do understand the phrase time is money, and this is a free website.

  3. You got it, BaZ! I was posting these from Afghanistan and wasn't sure anyone was using it. When I was moved to a different location, I lost Internet connectivity for a while and then never picked it back up.
