Body Weight Workouts - Series 1, Week 4, Day 7


WORK:
EMOM (Every Minute, On the Minute), for 10 minutes perform the following:
Odd, First Minute
Plank
Even Minutes
Hand Stand (against the wall is fine)

Penalty - for every failure with either exercise, perform 5 burpees at the end of 10 minutes

INTENSITY:
Rest Day

RESET:
5k Run/Jog
